Task Force on Property Development

On Sunday, December 14, after worship (approx. 12:30 – 1:20pm) the Task Force on Property Development will host a town hall update briefing for all interested CCA members.  Christopher Kennedy, our development consultant with Emmaus Projects, will update us on the important process currently underway for developers to make proposals to us for developing a new building for us on our property – potentially combined with the University Presbyterian property across the street.  We expect this process to be unfolding dramatically over the next eight-ten weeks, and continuing thereafter throughout 2026. All members are warmly invited to join us in the sanctuary of this update briefing. We will also provide a zoom link for our online members to participate as well!
